The
Franklin Industrial & Commercial Development Authority is pleased
to be able to offer the community the benefits of the Emerging Technology
Center (ETC).
The
building's first and second floors have been completely renovated
and include a conference room, training room, and computer lab. Our
facility profices all the telecommunications and visual presentation
equipment necessary to conduct business in today's business world.
While
there was a need for a state-of-the-art building, we wanted to
show our appreciation for our past. With that in mind, we had
the Galena Conference Room (Galena Oil), which accommodates 12
people, remodeled in a motif of that period.
The training room on the first floor (Suite 101) has a seating capacity of 30 people. This room is equipped to show your presentation/training from your laptop to a wall screen via projector.
The wireless computer lab (Suite 113), consisting of 10 computers, is capable of running Windows Vista or Windows XP.
One
wing of the building is known as the Joseph Joy Wing, while the
other in honor of John C. Reib.
