The
Literacy Council of Venango County Move Up Program is a grant funded
collaboration between the PA Department of Education and the PA
Department of Welfare. The Venango County DPW refers students to
the Move Up program for GED and job preparation. The daily classes
are intended to help adults gain the educational and job skills
necessary to "get a job, keep a job, and move up in that job."
